Daniel is a principal and founding shareholder of Evans Rossouw & Young and a director of Evaro Wealth Partners. He has been providing financial advice to clients since 1994.

 

Daniel started his career at a life insurance company in South Africa, where he completed his law degree and financial planning qualifications before becoming a founding partner in a Johannesburg-based financial advisory and chartered accounting firm. He has also worked as a senior legal adviser at a major South African financial services group, specialising in the taxation aspects of estate planning and corporate financial planning. Daniel moved to Australia in 2011, joining Joel Evans and Derek Young to start the new firm shortly thereafter.

 

Daniel is a Certified Financial Planner® and is a member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA). He holds Australian as well as South African postgraduate financial planning qualifications.

 

Daniel has a particular interest in the development of financial strategies which support his clients’ wider life goals and self-actualisation objectives. He has trained as a financial life planner and is listed with the Kinder Institute of Life Planning in the United States.
